10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phinjoy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your phinjoy account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.2 Termination by phinjoy. phinjoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
